  • The initial consultation is $100 and runs for 60–90 minutes. Ongoing counselling sessions are $85 and run for 50–60 minutes.

  • No referral is needed. You’re welcome to book directly at any time. If I believe your needs are outside my scope of practice, I will support you with appropriate referrals.

  • Yes. Your privacy and confidentiality are very important. Information shared in sessions is kept confidential, except where required by law or if there is a serious risk of harm to you or others. Full details are outlined in my Privacy Policy.

  • No. As a Level 1 ACA counsellor, my services are privately billed and are not eligible for Medicare rebates. My prices are lower to reflect this.

  • The first session is a chance to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s brought you to counselling, what you’re hoping for, and how I work. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with.

  • Standard counselling sessions are 50-60 minutes. An initial consultation may be longer to allow time to explore your needs and goals.

  • This varies for each person. Some clients attend weekly, fortnightly, or on an as-needed basis. We’ll work together to find a pace that feels supportive and realistic for you.

  • That’s completely okay. You’re welcome to book a brief, no-obligation discovery call to ask questions, learn more about my approach, and see if it feels like the right fit.

  • I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be charged the full session fee. I understand that unexpected situations arise, and discretion may be applied in exceptional circumstances.

  • If your needs fall outside my scope of practice, or if specialised support is required, I will discuss this with you and provide appropriate referrals to other professionals or services.

  • Appointments can be booked online via the booking link on my website. If you have questions before booking, you’re welcome to get in touch.
