Hi, I’m Nicole Gaitan, an accredited counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA).

My purpose is to create a calm, safe, and supportive space where you can feel truly heard, understood, and empowered. I believe everyone deserves the chance to navigate life’s challenges with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

My vision is to help people uncover what’s happening beneath the surface, to explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns, so they can gain insight, build resilience, and develop practical tools for day-to-day life. I walk alongside each person in a way that feels grounded, authentic, and tailored to their unique journey.

I bring both personal experience and professional expertise to my work. Having been a counselling client myself, I know how transformative it can be to be supported through life’s challenges. That experience helped me build my own wellbeing toolkit, including breathwork, meditation, and nervous system regulation, and showed me the value of self-reflection, honesty, and ongoing personal growth. This personal work continues to guide how I support others.

Professionally, I hold a Diploma of Counselling Studies and have worked with individuals, supporting them through stress, anxiety, self-awareness and confidence challenges, communication and boundary issues, grief, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. My approach is practical, empathetic, and client-centered, helping people develop clarity, direction, and balance.

Every session is an opportunity to feel understood, explore what matters most, and build strategies you can use in everyday life. My goal is to walk alongside you as you navigate your journey, offering guidance, care, and support every step of the way.
