Meet your Counsellor

Hi, I’m Nicole — an ACA-accredited Counsellor (Level 1).

Reaching out for support is a big step, and my aim is to create a calm, safe space where you feel genuinely heard, understood and not judged.

I’m here to help people work through life’s ups and downs with more clarity, compassion and confidence. My approach is grounded, warm and very human — I walk alongside you as you unpack what’s going on, at a pace that actually feels comfortable.

I found my way into counselling through my own experience as a client. I’ve worked with a therapist for years, and that process helped me understand myself on a deeper level, break old patterns and learn how to be more honest with myself. Along the way, I’ve developed my own wellbeing toolkit — things like breathwork, meditation and nervous system regulation. I’ve dealt with anxiety, and these practices genuinely help me stay steady and connected. I’m always working on myself, and that personal work really informs how I support others.

I work with people experiencing stress, anxiety, confidence and self-awareness challenges, communication or boundary issues, grief, emotional overwhelm and life transitions. My style is practical, down-to-earth and centered on what matters most to you.

Together, we explore what’s underneath the surface so you can gain more clarity, direction and balance.
